About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and growth-oriented candidate for the Digital Marketing Manager specialized in E-commerce position. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and boost online sales. Additionally, the candidate will manage e-commerce operations in coordination with our SEO strategist, performance marketing strategist, and social media and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients.
  • Create and monitor digital campaigns across platforms like Google and META.
  • Track and analyze daily marketing metrics (GA4, Looker Studio, GSC) to optimize strategies.
  • Coordinate with SEO and performance marketing strategists for unified campaign execution.
  • Manage WordPress, Shopify and custom PHP websites, ensuring updates, performance optimization, and alignment with digital strategies.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns from planning to execution.
  • Maintain communication with suppliers (Criteo, Reklamstore, etc.).
  • Contribute to social media strategy development in collaboration with the social media manager.
  • Manage e-commerce website and marketplace (Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon, etc.) operations, overseeing the team responsible for product listings, inventory, and pricing. 
  • Oversee the setup and functionality of Shopify and other platforms (Ticimax, T-Soft), ensuring smooth operations and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaborate with developers to maintain website functionality and improve UX/UI.
  • Analyze e-commerce data to uncover customer insights and growth opportunities.
  • Work with the SEO Manager to perform SEO for e-commerce and corporate sites.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (GA4, Google Ads, META Ads, GSC, Tag Manager, Looker Studio etc.).
  • Proficiency in e-commerce and web platforms (Shopify, WordPress etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and strategy development.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Effective project management skills.
